The Shortage of Vibration Test

The Shortage of Vibration Test

Purpose:
During transportation, items may be subjected to impacts such as drops, slippage on inclined surfaces, and vibrations. These impacts can affect the quality of the items. The purpose of the vibration test is to determine whether the designed and manufactured machinery or components can endure external vibrations or vibrations generated by themselves during transportation and usage without damage while maintaining performance and achieving the expected lifespan reliability. EBO's unique comprehensive shock testing equipment is designed to ensure safe testing for product transportation. The equipment includes zero-displacement drop testers, automotive vibration simulators, inclined impact tables, collision test benches, mechanical shock tables, high-frequency vibration testers, and large electromagnetic vibration test platforms, covering all your testing needs comprehensively.

Testing Standard: The vibration test is conducted according to GB/T 2423.10-95 ("Environmental Testing for Electric and Electronic Products - Part 2: Test Methods - Vibration Test").
