Secrets about High and Low-Temperature Testing

High and Low-Temperature Testing

High and low-temperature testing is one of the environmental reliability tests. Briefly, all products are stored or operated under certain temperature conditions. Within some environments, the temperature keeps changing from high to low. These changes in temperature may affect the functions, performance, quality, and life of a product and may finish their lives earlier than expected by accelerating the process of aging. We intend, in that scenario, to simulate that particular environment and test high and low temperatures for products.

High-Temperature Test:
The test finds out the adaptability of the product while it is stored, transported, or used under high-temperature climatic conditions. The severity of testing depends on both factors of temperature and exposure duration.

Low-Temperature Testing:
This test will therefore verify that the product is adaptable to low-temperature climate conditions during storage, transportation, and use. The severity is dependent on temperature and time exposure.
